This is our 4th family session with Bethany. While the fact that we have trusted her to capture our family 4 times speaks volumes, it doesn’t tell the full story. From the 1st session until the last, Bethany approaches the photo session not as a ‘photo session.’ She comes armed with creativity, spirit, compassion and interest. She wants to understand us, see how we’ve grown, understand where we are going. Bethany is a part of our story. She captures us, she reflects us and she explains us, through pictures. Bethany has a gift. And I am so glad we have her on our journey of life, growth and love.

Why Prints?
In this digital age, when images are buried in newsfeeds before the day is out, I want your great grandchildren to be able to study a beautiful archival print in their hands when they are curious which side of the family they resemble most.
There is an incredible difference between scrolling through photos on your phone and holding that album in your hands as you carefully flip through each page. I'm not going to just hand you a CD of images (who even uses those anymore?) and send you away to figure out the rest on your own.
